“Opened the app, the map showed me closest vehicles. Once I arrived to the selected bike (lime in this case) I wanted to start trip. It was still greyed out so I only needed to go back to the map again and select the bike, heard a music and hop you go! When I arrived I just clicked end trip and it worked well, heard a click the bike locked. Since I already had an account with payment method saved it all went very quick. Used it again, very smooth experience”
