Mobility Service Providers – Terms & Privacy Statements
UMOB brings mobility services from independent mobility providers, ticketing providers and public transport operators together in one app. When you book or use a mobility service through UMOB, the terms and conditions and privacy statement of the relevant provider or operator may apply in addition to UMOB's own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Statement.
This list may change over time.
UMOB continuously adds and reviews mobility providers in order to expand
and improve the mobility options available through the UMOB App.
Providers may therefore be added or removed from time to time, and
availability may differ by country, city, service and time.
Where a provider publishes country-, city-, product- or service-specific
terms, the terms applicable to the location and service you use will
prevail. The relevant provider is identified before the applicable
booking or use.

Public transport
Public transport tickets made available through UMOB are subject to additional UMOB E-ticket terms and to the applicable terms of the public transport operator providing the journey.

Public transport ticketing provider
UMOB uses Tranzer to facilitate public transport ticketing and distribution. Tranzer is not itself the public transport carrier. The contract of carriage is entered into with the relevant public transport operator.

When you purchase a public transport ticket through UMOB, the transport itself is provided by the relevant public transport operator. The operator's general conditions of carriage and any ticket-, product- or journey-specific conditions also apply.
